Our Story

The Geographe Bay Football Club, also known as “The Seasiders,” was founded in 2009 with a simple goal in mind: to provide a friendly and welcoming environment for soccer enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels to come together and play the beautiful game.

Starting as a men’s social soccer team, the club quickly grew in size and popularity. Today, we are known for our Division One Men’s team, a Premier Ladies team, a Youth League Boys team, and several kids’ teams. With such a diverse range of teams, there is something for everyone at Geographe Bay Football Club.

The club’s home ground is located at the Barnard Park sporting complex, which is situated near the Busselton Jetty. With top-notch facilities, including a well-maintained soccer field, changing rooms, and ample parking, the club offers its members the best possible soccer experience.

But Geographe Bay Football Club is more than just a place to play soccer. It’s a tight-knit community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for the sport. Whether it’s cheering on teammates from the sidelines, bonding over a post-game drink at the club’s social events, or just chatting with other members during training sessions, there’s a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging that permeates the club.

Overall, the Geographe Bay Football Club is a place where soccer enthusiasts can come together to play the game they love, make new friends, and be part of a supportive and welcoming community. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting out, we invite you to join us and experience the joy of soccer at Geographe Bay Football Club.

Men's Coach

Jack
Hall

We're thrilled to introduce our Men's Coach, Jack Hall, a familiar face to many in the football community. Jack's journey through the local football scene began with GBFC, where he rose through the ranks and earned the respect of players and coaches alike.

Although Jack moved to Perth to study web design at TAFE, his passion for football never wavered. He went on to play for Curtin University's amateur team for three seasons, continuing to develop his skills and deepen his love for the game.

But Jack's story doesn't end on the pitch. Recently, he's embraced a new adventure-living the "gypsy life" in his trusty troopy. Jack turned his attention to: Rest Stop Rescues. Together with his best mate Liam, they dedicated to cleaning up and removing rubbish from free camps and roadside rest stops.

Jack's strong sense of community and his ability to bring people together is an incredible asset to GBFC. His commitment to fostering a supportive, team-orientated environment makes him the perfect fit for our Men's team. We're excited to see the positive impact he'll have as both coach and leader!
